My mission is to inspire and to share my passion for travel with every person I meet in this lifetime.
I Specialize in US National Parks and Adventure and Sustainable Travel and I am a Bucket List Achiever, either if is for my own or my client's dreams.
I have found my passion when I was two years old, flipping through an old Geography Atlas and by the age of 15 I have traveled to Turkey 7 times with my family who will lead small groups in adventures across the Europe.
My true passion took me around the world by the age of 21 and as a solo traveler I have visited Greece, Brazil, and over 26 U.S. States and over 10 U.S. National Parks.
The love for nature and new cultural endeavors created life lasting memorable experiences for me and I will love to share the art of creating memories with all my clients.
I am a Certified Travel Agent with a Bachelor in Travel Industry and Hotel Management from Dimitrie Cantemir University in Romania and Human Resources in Management from Mount Mercy University here in Iowa where I reside.
I have traveled as a Solo Traveler, and as a Family with my daughter that was just 6 months on her first International Flight so I bring a very diverse travel experience thorough multiple cultures and destinations, this making me an extremely detail oriented travel specialist and eager to inspire people around me.
On my days off you will find me exploring the world as usual. As a family we hike, bike, kayak and we stargaze in search for the new adventure, and life inspiring moments.
From overlanding on an edge of a canyon to kayaking on rivers in Iowa, from exploring new culinary enriched places to visiting empowering history museums all over the world in search for the best yet discovered artefacts and Ruins of Constantinople, from Volcanoes in Hawaii to Mountain Tops in Romania, from swimming in the Aegean Sea to the warm waters of the Atlantic Golf, I have experienced it all, and I want to share it with the world because true beauty is meant to be shared and explored, and we always leave places better than we found them.
I have a unique love for South American cultures, and I absolutely enjoy their vibrant indigenous history and their cuisine as well.

Super fun and super organized!

Alice was able to plan a trip for us to Yellowstone and Glacier that matched exactly what we were looking for! She was very responsive and attentive to our budget and overall needs. She gave a detailed itinerary and went above and beyond describing the various hikes we could take!

My parents loved their trip!
I needed a travel agent to help me book a trip for my parents to come see me in Belize, where I live. They do not travel often and I needed someone else to help them besides me. I reached out to one agent who lived in their town, but they unfortunately did not have the expertise to help me with this trip. I then got a recommendation for Travel Leaders/Destinations Unlimited where I met Alice, who is amazing! I gave her the lowdown on travel in Belize and the requirements for my parents trip and she was on it! Within a day she had their trip completely booked exactly as I had specified, including flights within Belize. She was available to help my parents the day they traveled in case they needed it, which was a great weight off of my shoulders because I was traveling to them at the same time. Thanks to Alice my parents had a great trip and it was a lot less stressful for me. :)

Alice was wonderful and made sure that we had the perfect trip. She was responsive before and during the trip when we had questions and everything that she booked exceeded our expectations. The hotels were great, all the transportation services were on time and friendly, and we had no issue with anything the entire trip. The itinerary and app were very helpful and informative. We will absolutely be using this company again.”
