Visiting my sister in South America
Working with Lorey made traveling so much easier than if I had attempted to do it on my own. She was even able to coordinate my flights so my sister and I flew into the airports at the same time to make the most of our trip together. So responsive and wonderful to work with - thank you, Lorey!

Expectations Met and Exceeded!
Lorey listened carefully to our vacation "wish list" and found us the perfect resort for our family's Spring Break vacation. She met with us again right before we traveled and made sure we had all the necessary information and paperwork. We were glad to have had her knowledge and expertise. She made vacation planning easy!

Amazing Land and Sea trip to Alaska!
Lorey was all about helping us create the ideal trip. She was quick to notify us when new promotions came available and was accurate and complete with all reservation details. Would definitely use her again for major travel planning. Not Lorey's fault, but be aware that there are multiple excursions that can (and should be) explored at both Denali National Park and McKinley State Park for the land portion of the trip. Somehow we missed this when doing our pre-trip excursion planning and booking. As a result we missed a few neat opportunities to see more of Alaska. The Princess materials and website spend all of their time detailing the ship experience and much less on the land excursions (after you get off the ship in Whittier). I think there was a brochure on the train where we could have booked something, but it was not well explained by the onsite Princess rep. Recommend doing your homework. Overall, very satisfied and had a great vacation!!
